Sprivy
A farm-to-home marketplace that brings the trust of local markets into a digital grocery experience.

Overview
Sprivy reimagines online grocery shopping for urban India where consumers want fresh, organic produce but can't trust what they see online. The platform connects buyers directly to certified farmers, making sourcing transparent, portioning flexible, and packaging sustainable. It's designed to bring the tactile confidence of a local sabzi mandi into a digital experience.

Duration

Core Problem
Access to fresh, trustworthy organic produce in urban India is broken - not by availability, but by trust. Consumers can't verify what's organic, can't control how much they buy, and can't trust that what arrives will match what was shown. The result: they default to the local market, where they can see, touch, and ask.

Experience extends beyond the interface
Convenience and consciousness can coexist
Story creates emotional stickiness
